Michelle e’ Totò is a unique collaboration between MasterChef 2018 contestant Michelle Walsh, award-winning traditional Southern Italian Chef Antonio Ruggerino and contemporary Northern Italian Chef Federico Calvi of the two-hatted Gault & Millau restaurant, Verde Restaurant + Bar.
What will you experience?
Michelle e’ Totò will occur monthly and is an exclusive luncheon beginning at 12.30pm including:
- gourmet canapés on arrival
- four course regional Italian menu
- traditional limoncello
Hosted in Totò Private Dining, Verde’s luxury function space, guests will be transported into a new world where indulgence meets old world charm while they explore new creations from all three Chefs.

A passion project for the trio, their drive to innovate using the freshest ingredients will be a feature during this exclusive lunch series with all ingredients to be sourced directly from the local Sydney fruit and fish markets before each event.
The monthly Michelle e’ Totò experience accommodates 16 to 24 people per sitting and starts at 12.30pm.
